Refund/Money-back Guarantee Policy

Projectitude (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for delivering the product in a timely manner and according to the Customer requirements indicated in the order. Should any of the Company’s commitments be violated, the customer is entitled to a partial or full reimbursement according to our policy.

Our policy gives you the right to request reimbursement if our service fails to fulfill its duties towards you. As our service offers legitimate academic assistance, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied! Our satisfaction rate is high, with more than 95% of our customers returning with subsequent orders. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and in these cases, you can always refer to our refund policy. We emphasize that there are specific situations in which we can offer a full refund:

  1. No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Cancellation by Customer

    • No tutor assigned yet: This is a rare situation, but sometimes it happens. The refund amount is always 100%. If this situation occurs, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
    • Tutor confirmed, and less than half of the deadline has passed, but customer cancels the order: In this case, the refund amount varies from 100% to 75% to cover the Company and the tutor’s efforts.
    • Tutor confirmed, and over half of the remaining deadline has passed, but customer cancels the order: The refund amount can vary between 50%-0% to cover the tutor’s and Company’s efforts to accommodate your request.
    • Late Delivery: If there is a delay due to tutor illness or other emergencies, the customer reserves the right to request a refund ONLY if they have NOT downloaded the work submitted by the tutor. If the customer downloads the delivered work, they are ineligible for a refund.

    On-time delivery of all orders is guaranteed. However, if delays result from the customer uploading required materials late, no refund can be granted. We recommend providing all task-related information, including additional sources, at the time of order placement.

  2. Work Not as Described
    Projectitude provides customized work tailored to the customer’s requirements. The initial piece of work provided is a draft, to be further developed based on customer feedback.

    • Disputed claims: If the customer is unsatisfied with the work quality and requests a refund, Projectitude will review and address the issues. Based on the chosen plan, the customer can request corrections within 30/45/60 days for Limited/Standard/Premium plans, respectively, from the first submission date. If unsatisfied after this period, the customer may request a refund by providing relevant evidence within 7 days of receiving the work. Approval or denial of the refund depends on the investigation and the evidence provided.
    • Plagiarized content: If the work is claimed to be plagiarized, the customer must submit a third-party verifiable report within 72 hours of receiving the work. If verified, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Duplicate Order/Transaction

    • Accidental Duplicate Order: Contact Projectitude within 24 hours of payment if an order was accidentally placed in duplicate. If confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued.
    • Accidental Duplicate Transaction: In cases of duplicate payments against the same order, a 100% refund will be processed upon filing a request.
  4. Refund Ineligibility
    A refund may not be provided if:

    • Lower-than-expected grades: Projectitude does not guarantee grades. Provided papers are drafts or points of reference, not ready-for-submission work.
    • Deadline changes: Refunds for delays or price adjustments do not apply if the customer changes the deadline.
    • Editing, proofreading, or formatting orders: These services involve minimal adjustments to existing content. The customer-provided content may contain contextual errors, and this service only includes basic spelling, grammar, and formatting corrections.
    • Non-adherence to claims process: Claims or refund requests must comply with the guidelines and timelines in Section 5.
  5. Claims and Refund Processing
    Due to the subjective nature of our services, customer opinions about work quality may vary. In such situations, customers must file claims or refund requests per the following guidelines to be eligible for refunds:

    • Allow 7 working days for evaluating and communicating the decision.
    • All claims/complaints/refund requests must be submitted through the customer’s account on the website, with required documentation, following all terms in this policy and terms of use.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the decision has been communicated by the Company.
