1. Cancellation Window

Users may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Request Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact details provided on our website. The time of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered final.

3. Post-Cancellation Processing

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the order will be cancelled and processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If work has already been initiated within the 2-hour window, Projectitude reserves the right to decline the cancellation request or issue a partial refund at its discretion.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 2-hour cancellation window

  • Services that have already been delivered or substantially initiated

  • Delays or issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user

5. Projectitude’s Rights

Projectitude reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to operational, ethical, or policy-related reasons. In such cases, refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
