Refunds may be considered only in cases where Projectitude is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us. The decision to approve a refund rests entirely with Projectitude.
Refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered or substantially initiated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after the service has started
Delays caused due to late or incomplete information from the user
Dissatisfaction based on academic results, grades, or outcomes
Misuse or unethical use of the guidance provided
Failure to follow institutional or academic integrity policies
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of confirmation. The responsibility and onus of processing the refund lies with Projectitude.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment wherever possible. Any transaction or processing charges levied by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
In cases where part of the service has already been delivered, Projectitude reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
Projectitude reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
